1. Who is responsible for your data

Our processing is carried out in accordance with Moroccan law 09-08 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data. CNDP declaration or authorisation number: [CNDP DECLARATION NUMBER].
2. What we collect
We only collect what we need to answer you:
- Contact form: name, e-mail address, phone number (optional), subject and message.
- Project request form: full name, company (optional), e-mail address, phone number, city and country, project type, title and description, budget range, desired timeline, preferred contact method and any files you attach.
- The language you used, and a one-way hashed version of your IP address, used only to fight spam and abuse. It cannot be turned back into your IP address without our secret key.
- Technical server logs (date, page requested, browser type), kept for a short time for security and troubleshooting.
Please do not send us sensitive data (health, religious or political opinions, etc.) through the forms.
3. Why we use it
- To answer your message or request, organise a discovery call and prepare a quote, on the basis of your consent given through the form checkbox and of the pre-contractual steps you ask for.
- To protect the website against spam, abuse and attacks, on the basis of our legitimate interest in keeping it secure.
- To meet our legal obligations, for example accounting obligations if a contract follows.
We never sell your data, and we do not use it for advertising. We will not send you newsletters without your separate, explicit consent.
4. Who receives it
Your data is accessed only by the ETSS team. It is processed by our technical providers solely on our behalf: our web hosting provider (servers and database) and our e-mail provider (sending and receiving messages). If the anti-robot check is active on the forms, Cloudflare Turnstile processes technical signals from your browser to tell humans from bots.
Some of these providers may store data in data centres outside Morocco. Such transfers are made in accordance with law 09-08 and the requirements of the CNDP.
5. How long we keep it
- Contact messages: 24 months after they are received, then deleted automatically.
- Project requests and their attachments: 36 months after they are received, then deleted automatically, unless they lead to a contract, in which case they are kept for the duration of the contract and the legal retention periods.
- Anti-spam counters: 24 hours at most.
- Server logs: a few weeks at most.
6. How we protect it
The website is served over HTTPS only. Attachments are stored outside the public part of the website and can only be downloaded by authenticated members of the ETSS team. Access to the administration area is protected by personal accounts and limited to the people who need it.
7. Your rights
Under law 09-08 you have the right to access your data, to have it corrected or deleted, and to object to its processing for legitimate reasons. You can also withdraw your consent at any time.
To exercise these rights, write to contact@etss-tech.com. We answer within 30 days at most. If you believe your rights are not respected, you may lodge a complaint with the Commission Nationale de contrôle de la protection des Données à caractère Personnel (CNDP), www.cndp.ma.

We may update this policy, for example when we add a new service. The date of the latest version is shown at the top of this page. You can also read our Terms of Service.
