Question 1

What does ETSS do?

Accepted Answer

ETSS (Elevate Technologies & Software Services) solves real business problems with technology. We build our own SaaS products, design smart tools such as automations and dashboards, and offer hands-on tech services like custom software, websites, apps and integrations.

Question 2

What kind of custom software can you build?

Accepted Answer

Web applications, mobile apps, websites, workflow automations and integrations between the tools you already use. If it is a real problem that software can solve, we would like to hear about it.

Question 3

What is a SaaS subscription?

Accepted Answer

Software as a Service: you use the software online from any device, with nothing to install. We host it, keep it up to date and secure, and you pay a subscription instead of buying a licence.

Question 4

How much does a custom project cost?

Accepted Answer

It depends on the scope. After a free discovery call to understand your needs, we send a clear written quote. The budget range in the request form simply helps us suggest the right approach.

Question 5

What happens to the information I send you?

Accepted Answer

It is used only to answer your request and prepare a possible quote. It is stored securely, never sold, and you can ask us to access or delete it at any time. The Privacy Policy gives the details.

Question 6

Who is behind ETSS?

Accepted Answer

ETSS was founded by Yassine, a 24-year-old tech enthusiast and builder who believes great software should be simple, reliable and accessible to everyone.

Question 7

Who do you work with?

Accepted Answer

Businesses of any size that want to save time, work more simply or grow through technology: from a small team with one painful process to a company that needs a complete custom platform.

Question 8

How does a project work with you?

Accepted Answer

In four steps. Understand: we listen and define the real problem. Design: we map the simplest solution that will work. Build: we develop, test and refine in short cycles. Elevate: we launch, support and keep improving.

Question 9

Are your products available now?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Xcard, our digital business card, is available today, and so are the dental lab and property sales platforms we run in production, which we can set up under your brand. Our school platform is in development. Each product on the Offers page shows its real status.

Question 10

Is the first call free?

Accepted Answer

Yes. The discovery call is free and without commitment.

Question 11

Are the files I attach kept private?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Attachments are stored outside the public website and can only be opened by the ETSS team.

Question 12

Is ETSS a registered company?

Accepted Answer

ETSS is being founded in 2027 and the legal and administrative setup is in progress. Our legal details will be published on this site as soon as the registration is complete.

Question 13

Which languages do you work in?

Accepted Answer

We work in English and French, for the conversation as well as for the documents and the software we deliver.

Question 14

Do you support the software after launch?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Launch is the start of the "Elevate" step: we can host, maintain and improve what we build. The support terms are agreed with each client in the quote.

Question 15

Will the plans grow with my business?

Accepted Answer

That is the idea: our products are designed with plans that scale with usage, from the first user to the thousandth. Plans and prices will be published with each product.

Question 16

How quickly will I get an answer?

Accepted Answer

We reply to every message and project request within 48 working hours.

Question 17

Can you sign a confidentiality agreement?

Accepted Answer

Yes. If your project needs one, tell us in your request and we will sign an NDA before you share the details.

Question 18

How can I contact you?

Accepted Answer
